CRS-Series 3-Phase Asynchronous Motors

The speed of the rotor of the three-phase asynchronous motor is lower than that of the rotating magnetic field. The rotor winding generates electromotive force and current due to the relative movement between the magnetic field and the magnetic field, and interacts with the magnetic field to generate electromagnetic torque to realize energy conversion.

CRS-series 3-phase asynchronous motors (IP55)is totally enclosed ring-rotor motors,it is the latest designed for upgrading of YR-series motors.the update products is the latest design.The standard range of power output and mounting dimensions is in accordance with IEC- standard.

This series motors can obtain good starting performance (in smaller starting current flow, provide the larger starting torque) and small range of speed regulation requirements, by changing the rotor resistance.It is widely used in this kind of motor,which starting torque is greater than squirrel-cage rotor motor; grid capacity is not enough to start a squirrel-cage rotor motor,starting is more frequently: starting time is longer and installed electric axis does synchronous transmission,etc.Such as: metal cutting machine ,crusher, ball mill, rubber and plastic machine( mixer, mixing mill), compressor, sugar mill, rolling mill, wire drawing machine,hoist, transmission belt and so on, of which equipment need heavy load starting mechanical.

This series motor has high efficiency, strong overload capacity . low noise, little vibration, reliable structure, beautiful appearance, etc. Especially suitable for single or supporting exports, and are interchangeable with imported equipment.

1).rated voltage 380V,rated frequency 50 Hz.I could be made to 1140V and 60Hz, etc according to the customer requirement.

2).Connection: for stater is delta(△),Rotor is star(Y).

3).the insulation class of the motor is 155 (F);Cooling mode IC411; duty:S1(Continuously).

4). protection grade of motor is IP55. Stater and rotor have independent top terminal box ,which make motor wiring more security,Reliable and convenient.
